The Word of the Cross

1 Corinthians 1:18 For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ brings hope! Emil Brunner said, 'Only at the cross of Christ does man see fully what it is that separates him from God; yet it is here alone that he perceives that he is no longer separated from God.' May we find freedom in the cross! Leave your sin at the foot of the cross today and walk in the power of God!
