Speak Life

Psalm 40:1-3 1 I waited patiently for the Lord; And He inclined to me and heard my cry. 2 He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, And established my steps. 3 He has put a new song in my mouth Praise to our God; many will see it and fear, and will trust in the Lord.

I know a lot of people who deal with depression and I'm sure there are a lot more who choose not to talk about it and try to deal with it the best way they know how. I love these verses as it lays out a plan for anyone dealing with depression. 1. Be patient I know it feels like no one cares, but I assure you Jesus does, and he hears your cries, don't give up hope hold on. 2. Surrender to him. You have to understand that on your own things will not change, but Jesus will bring joy into your life through his spirit. 3. Praise him even when you don't see the breakthrough, Praise him!

My prayer for you today is that you speak life over yourself, and I believe that joy, peace, and love will reign supreme in your life.
