Rock bottom is a firm foundation

It's hard to be at rock bottom, feeling like the worst has happened and we're all alone. But I'm here to remind you that I've been in that place too, and I've found that Jesus is always there, waiting to help us clean up the mess and start anew. He came so we could have life more abundantly, and I'm living proof of that.

My prayer for you today is that you allow your pain and suffering to teach you a lesson and grow from it.
