Hi there!

I'm Bren Bland. I am the mom of two amazing adults. I couldn't be more proud of what they have accomplished so far in their lives.

I am so blessed to be part of our 3D Recovery ministry! I love the community spirit and family bond that is part of this amazing group of people. 3D is not just for addictions; it is also for those dealing with depression, anxiety, loneliness, grief... it's for whatever you may need to recover from.

My absolute favorite verse is Proverbs 3:5-6 --

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

I just try to remember this in everything that comes my way. It's not always easy, but it's so worth it!
